                          Introduction

In Puerto Rico, some notable festivities include the festivities of the patron saints, which are religious celebrations in honor of different patron saints in towns throughout the island; the San Sebastián Street Festival in San Juan, a cultural festival with music, dance and gastronomy; and the Christmas holidays, which include the traditional parties and the celebration of Christmas Eve and Three Kings' Day. Additionally, the Ponce Carnival is one of the most colorful and lively events in the country, with parades and activities that celebrate Puerto Rican culture.

1. San Sebastián Street Festival: It is one of the most important festivities in San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico. Held in January, it is a vibrant cultural event that attracts thousands of people. Includes live music, dancing, crafts, typical food and activities for the whole family.

2. Patron Saint Festivals: These festivities are religious celebrations that honor different patron saints in the towns of Puerto Rico. Each town has its own patron saint festival, which usually includes masses, processions, music, dances and cultural activities.

3. Ponce Carnival: It is one of the most colorful and lively events in Puerto Rico. It is celebrated in the city of Ponce during the days before the start of Lent. It includes float parades, troupes, live music, dances and costume contests, all in a festive and energetic atmosphere.
